This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who can independently manage sophisticated cases while delivering strategic, discreet, and client-focused representation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling financially complex divorces involving significant assets, business interests, executive compensation, and contested custody matters, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of family law matters with an emphasis on high-net-worth divorce and complex financial casesHandle matters involving asset division, closely held businesses, real estate portfolios, executive compensation, trusts, and retirement assetsDraft and review pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, and complex discoveryConduct depositions, mediations, evidentiary hearings, and trialsWork closely with forensic accountants, financial experts, and valuation professionalsAdvise high-net-worth clients with professionalism, discretion, and strategic insightDevelop case strategy and guide clients through sensitive and high-stakes litigationCollaborate with partners and support staff to deliver exceptional client serviceQualifications5–8 years of concentrated family law experience in FloridaDemonstrated experience with high-net-worth divorce and complex financial mattersActive and in good standing with the Florida BarStrong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skillsExcellent legal writing and analytical abilitiesAbility to manage cases independently and meet demanding deadlinesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence&#xFEFF;What's OfferedSophisticated, high-asset family law caseloadCollaborative and professional team environmentCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceOpportunity for long-term growth and advancement
