The candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue optimization.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for ASC clientsManage end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing successCollaborate with operations, coding, billing, and AR teams to ensure accurate and timely RCM deliveryProvide subject matter expertise in ASC billing, coding, payer requirements, and reimbursement methodologiesMonitor and analyze KPIs (Days in AR, Net Collection Rate, First Pass Resolution Rate, denial rates, reimbursement trends)Lead implementation and transition processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of new ASC clientsConduct regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesPartner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure service quality and performance outcomesAct as a client advocate, ensuring expectations are met and exceededIdentify process improvements and optimization opportunities within ASC RCM workflowsSupport business development by providing insights on ASC client needs and market trendsEnsure compliance with CMS guidelines, payer contracts, and ASC-specific regulatory requirementsTravel as required based on client and business needsIdeal Skills we are seeking:Strong expertise in ASC / Outpatient Surgery RCM processesIn-depth knowledge of CPT, HCPCS coding, and surgical billing workflowsStrong understanding of payer contracts, reimbursement methodologies (fee schedules, bundled payments)Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities (denials, AR, revenue leakage)Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience working with offshore delivery teamsSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organizedRequired QualificationBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience5-7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with direct exposure to ASC / surgical billingStrong knowledge of ASC billing, coding (CPT/HCPCS), payer guidelines, and complianceExperience managing client relationships in a healthcare/RCM environmentExperience working with U.S. healthcare providers and payer systems
