Cardiology Physician

Facility in Redding, CA seeking Cardiology locums coverage Rates: Regular Hours $325/hr. Orientation - $150/hr (typically 4-8 hour long). Opportunity Highlights Consistent Schedule: Work 2 weeks per month for a duration of 6 9 months. Daily Shift: Monday Thursday (8 AM 5 PM) and Friday (8 AM 12 PM). Shifts are 8 hours per day. 100% Outpatient Focus: This is a 100% Outpatient General Cardiology role with no procedures, no call, and no inpatient responsibilities or admissions. Workload: Manage an average of 20 patients per day with full scope outpatient general cardiology duties. EMR & Support: Charting is done using Cerner. You will be supported by MAs, a Clinic Supervisor, and an RN. Credentialing: Estimated timeframe is days (Foundation privileges only). Responsibilities Provide full scope outpatient general cardiology care for follow-up and established patients. Manage complex outpatient cases and general cardiology consultations. Requirements Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Cardiology is REQUIRED (Board Eligible not accepted). Residency/Fellowship: Training programs MUST be accredited by the ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Licensure: Active California (CA) State License is REQUIRED. Malpractice: Clean Malpractice History is highly preferred; only candidates with dismissed claims will be considered. Start Date Seeking provider to start As soon as credentialed ( days).
