Java Developer (Junior-Senior)Backend Software Engineer (Remote in HK)Our client is a multi-national entertainment business looking to onboard various engineers for multiple scrum teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java programming language and experience with the Spring Boot framework. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java and Spring Boot.Responsibilities:Develop high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring BootDesign and implement scalable and secure web applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresTroubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performanceWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trendsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldProven work experience as a Java developer, preferably with Spring BootStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principlesExperience with RESTful web services and API developmentKnowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentRequired Skills: Java
