This role will help guide financial operations, improve project-level insight, support profitability and build the financial foundation for the next stage of our company.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with direct access to ownership, meaningful influence on business decisions and room to grow into broader financial leadership responsibility.Role Description Lead accounting and financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations and reportingManage month-end and year-end close processesOversee financial activity across multiple affiliated entitiesTrack project profitability, utilization, budgets, billing and operational performancePrepare executive, board and management reporting packagesSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and KPI reportingCoordinate tax filings, audits, compliance needs and external financial relationshipsBuild scalable financial systems, processes and internal controlsServe as a strategic business partner to ownership and leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForPreferred candidates will have a CPA and 2+ years of progressive accounting, financial management or controllership experience.
