We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented AT&T Representative to join our growing team. As an AT&T Representative, you will engage directly with customers to assess their needs, recommend appropriate wireless and internet solutions, and ensure a smooth, end-to-end sales experience. The AT&T Representative position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, building strong relationships, and developing their skills in sales and customer service. AT&T Representative Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing AT&T customers Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend customized wireless and internet solutions Clearly explain AT&T products, services, and promotions in an engaging manner Deliver consultative sales presentations that generate interest and drive conversions Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals Record daily sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving Collaborate with fellow representatives and leadership to refine sales strategies Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve performance AT&T Representative Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred Previous AT&T Representative experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as within a team Reliable transportation for local travel Apply today to become our next AT&T Representative—application takes only a few minutes.
