Policy Processing Representative

A company is looking for a Policy Processing Representative to efficiently process policy-related transactions. Key Responsibilities Process policy applications, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and timely Issue policy documents and handle inquiries from policyholders and agents Assist with underwriting tasks, including risk assessment and premium calculation Required Qualifications BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology a plus Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word Familiarity with core business systems and applications SQL knowledge is a plus
