A company is looking for a CRM Strategic Partnerships Technical Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and operate the CRM Partner Advisory Board, including governance and operational workflows Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic CRM technology partnerships, ensuring effective integration and solution design Facilitate partner enablement programs and collect structured technical feedback to inform product development Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technical program management, solution architecture, or partner engineering within enterprise SaaS ecosystems Deep technical knowledge of CRM product portfolios, including Customer Service Management and Sales Force Automation Experience designing and operating advisory boards or structured partner engagement programs Strong understanding of platform extensibility models, APIs, and integration patterns Proven ability to conduct technical discovery and solution design with enterprise technology partners
