Mental Health Therapist

We seek a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive services including psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management to diverse populations in outpatient and inpatient settings.Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9/10, and develop personalized treatment plans.Provide individual and family counseling with modalities like CBT and psychodynamic therapy.Manage crises, ensure safety, and coordinate case management with community resources.Deliver specialized counseling for issues such as PTSD, grief, addiction, gender, chronic pain, and developmental disabilities.Utilize telehealth platforms, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and participate in clinical research initiatives.Qualifications include proven counseling experience, expertise in therapy modalities, familiarity with coding systems, and licensure (LISW, MFT, or equivalent).This full-time or part-time role offers up to $95,000/year, with benefits like flexible scheduling, health savings accounts, and paid time off.
