Deconversion Analyst

Coordinating the deconversion process for retirement plans, the fully remote Deconversion Analyst will manage relationships with Plan Sponsors, Third Party Administrators, and internal teams while ensuring a smooth transition of assets and data with a focus on superior customer service. Key responsibilities Create a positive transition experience for clients through consultations and regular updates Coordinate the gathering of deconversion paperwork and manage client expectations Perform quality checks on deconversions, ensuring accuracy in asset transfers and final records Required qualifications 1-3 years of Conversion/Deconversion experience General knowledge of qualified retirement plans and their administration Proficiency with Relius Recordkeeping Software Strong project management and reconciliation skills Ability to effectively interact with clients to resolve data conversion issues
