This position is based in our Irvine, CA office but will collaborate closely with leaders across North America.What Your Impact IsYou will play a key role in supporting project delivery by contributing research, organizing and analyzing data, and assisting with the creation of professional reports and presentations. Your attention to detail, organization, and analytical mindset will help teams stay on track, meet deadlines, and maintain ERM’s high standards for technical quality and client service.RequiredWhat You’ll Bring:Currently pursuing a degree in business, environmental sciences, engineering, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Comfort working with spreadsheets and data analysisHigh attention to detail and a strong work ethicProactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitudePreferredExperience researching, analyzing, or working with structured dataExposure to technical or analytical writingInterest in consulting, environmental services, or data-driven decision-makingKey ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality project support across multiple deadline-driven assignmentsAssist with business, environmental, and consulting projects across various ERM service linesConduct research; compile, review, and evaluate data; and support data-based insightsAssist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations, including formatting, proofreading, and productionSupport project teams with logistics coordination, administrative tasks, and process improvement effortsEnsure all deliverables meet ERM’s formatting, quality, and professionalism standardsFor the Intern position, the anticipated hourly pay is $15 – $20 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
