This position is ideal for a safety-focused, hands-on professional who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and providing excellent customer service and sales support in a fast-paced distribution environment.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks with brick and masonry materialsStage, move, and organize product throughout the yardAssist customers with product selection, pickup orders, and walk-in salesProvide friendly, solution-oriented customer service to support sales growthProcess orders and assist with counter sales as neededMaintain yard organization, cleanliness, and safe traffic flowPerform routine equipment inspections and follow all safety proceduresSupport inventory accuracy and cycle countsEnter basic order and inventory information into SAPCoordinate with dispatch and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely deliveriesQualifications:2+ years of forklift operation and/or yard or warehouse experience preferredPrevious customer service or sales support experience preferredForklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plusStrong communication skills and customer-focused mindsetAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic and team-oriented approachWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageStable, growing company with opportunities for advancement
