Investment Operations Leader | Madison, WI A rapidly expanding financial institution committed to supporting community banks is in search of a seasoned Investment Operations Leader. This role involves supervising personnel and streamlining processes within the investment operations team, with direct reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. Responsibilities:Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of six operations professionals, overseeing tasks such as hiring, training, compensation, and conducting performance reviews Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations Delegate tasks, provide training, and communicate changes to ensure efficient workflow and project completion Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency Monitor and analyze invoice data from ICE and FIS for trends, budgeting purposes, and contract negotiations Analyze revenue trends utilizing graphics and comprehensive understanding of processes for forecasting Review and approve invoices for payment, and forecast annual budget for investment operations Conduct vendor due diligence and manage monthly department billing, resolving any discrepancies Present investment operations products and proposals to potential clients Address and route customer inquiries to maintain high service levels, serving as the primary resource for escalations Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of comprehensive investment operations, leadership/management experience within financial services Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills Prior experience with FIS software is a plus
