Whether they're coding games or programming robots, kids are always engaged and growing.What are we looking for?We are seeking a FIRST LEGO League Instructor to lead and support our FLL Explore and Challenge teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves robotics, enjoys working with kids, and thrives on mentoring future engineers and innovators. You will guide students through real-world STEM challenges, helping them build, program, and present their ideas with confidence.What You’ll DoCoach FLL Explore and/or Challenge teams using LEGO Spike Prime and LEGO Education materialsPrepare and run engaging weekly sessions that focus on building, programming, research, and teamworkGuide students through the FLL season including project research, robot design, coding, and preparing for competitionsFoster a collaborative and respectful team environmentCommunicate regularly with parents about progress and competition updatesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized learning spaceSupport and collaborate with the Center Manager and Assistant ManagerWhat You BringExperience working with children ages 7+ (teaching, coaching, mentoring, etc.)Familiarity with LEGO robotics (Spike Prime preferred) and interest in STEM educationAbility to explain complex ideas in a kid-friendly and engaging wayStrong communication and leadership skillsA passion for education, creativity, and problem-solvingReliability, patience, and enthusiasmBonus If You HavePrior experience with FIRST LEGO League as a coach, mentor, or participantBackground in robotics, engineering, or computer scienceExperience with team competitions or project-based learningJoin us and help inspire the next generation of engineers, coders, and creators—one robot at a time!Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourAbout UsCode Ninjas® is the world’s largest and fastest-growing kids coding franchise, with hundreds of locations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
