Welders & General Labor (Year-Round Work / No Layoffs)

We build trailers. We are looking for MIG Welders and General Laborers who want steady work, honest pay, and zero drama. We don't care about your resume formatting. We care if you can show up on time, read a tape measure, and do the work. WHO WE ARE: Walton Trailers is a manufacturing shop, not a revolving door. We don't do seasonal layoffs. If you are good, you stay. If you are safe and hit your numbers, we leave you alone to do your job. THE ROLES: 1. Welder (MIG) The Job: Production welding on steel. Vertical and overhead positions required. The Requirement: You must have your own hood. You must pass a vertical weld test and a visual inspection before we make an offer. The Deal: If your beads are clean and you don't require rework, you will be paid well. 2. General Labor (Assembly/Finishing) The Job: Wiring lights, mounting axles, powder coating prep, and final assembly. The Requirement: You must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16". You must know how to use an impact driver without stripping screws. The Deal: This is physically active work. You will be standing, lifting, and moving all day. THE "NO-GO" LIST (DO NOT APPLY IF): You don't have reliable transportation to Logan every single day. You can’t stay off your phone during production hours. You take days off without notice.
