We are seeking a driven, hardworking, and personable individual to step into the role of Verifications Team Lead.Job Responsibilities:Train and coach new and current employees in the Verification Department.Administrative responsibilities related to verifications and submitting End of Day reports as may be required in support of management.Conduct queue cleanup.Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and WIP checks for all agents to ensure that processes are followed.Assist hiring managers in the interviewing and hiring process.Process verification files.Perform other duties as assigned.
