Construction Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and construction site coordination. They will also be a go-getter and eager to work hard! Job Responsibilities - Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end - Read and interpret plans and drawings to ensure accurate project execution - Develop project schedules and timelines for efficient project completion - Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols - Coordinate with vendors and supply houses to manage all material pick ups and deliveries - Monitor project progress, budget, and quality control measures - Communicate effectively with clients, employees, subcontractors, and vendors Experience Required - Proven experience in project management within the construction industry - Proficiency in blueprint reading and project coordination - Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift No weekends Work Location: In person
