The position requires excellent communication, client relation skills, and enthusiasm for business development.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Working with Review AgenciesPermit Review/ComplianceWater distribution and sewer collection systemsStorm water management and collection system layout and designRoadway DesignNatural Gas pipeline designSalary will be commensurate with Experience.Skills/Experience:Required Skills:BS Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.Ability to prioritize work on multiple projects.Excellent interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Competent with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation and GeopakDesired Skills:Experience in Municipal, Transportation, Civil or Water/Wastewater engineeringExperience working with local and state government organizationsDegree Requirements:
