We are opening our first multi-specialty health centers serving Medicare-eligible patients, with plans for expansion into multiple markets.We are seeking collaborative, thoughtful, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team.Position OverviewThe RN Practice Manager oversees clinical and operational execution at our Rochester health center. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership and operational management responsibilities.This position is accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and supporting team performance in a patient-centered environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical LeadershipProvide direct patient care, including triage and patient education, in alignment with clinical standardsServe as a clinical resource to patients, families, and care team membersSupport clinical staff through training, mentorship, and oversight of care delivery practicesPromote adherence to evidence-based care and patient safety standardsOperations & Practice ManagementManage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocationMonitor clinic performance, including quality metrics, patient experience, and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA)Support revenue cycle processes and identify opportunities for operational improvementOversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinical readinessTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staffSupervise team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedbackConduct performance evaluations and support employee developmentFoster a professional, respectful, and inclusive work environmentFacilitate team meetings to support communication and continuous improvementQualificationsRequiredActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New YorkBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting (e.g., primary care, ambulatory care, or community health)Experience supervising or leading clinical staffPreferredMaster’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related fieldExperience with healthcare operations, quality improvement, and reimbursement processesSkills & CompetenciesStrong clinical judgment and patient care skillsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsLeadership and team management skillsEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to analyze data and support decision-makingAdaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $90,000 – $98,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPaid time off and holidaysWork EnvironmentThis role is on-site in Rochester, NYMay require standing, walking, and assisting patients during clinical care activities.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementTown Square Health is an equal opportunity employer.
