Job Description Senior Concrete ForemanWe're looking for a high-performing Concrete Foreman who is ready to take the next step into a Concrete Superintendent role.Join a trusted concrete and masonry contractor based in Southern California.JOB SUMMARY:This role requires a knowledgeable Concrete Superintendent capable of overseeing multiple concrete crews and job sites as the lead on multiple worksites, taking charge of everything from liaising with City inspectors and clients, scheduling and maintaining labor force, materials and equipment on project sites, to overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of each build. Management of project scheduling using a range of computer and software systems is a crucial part of the roleKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Concrete experienceMust have experience in the concrete industryValid California driver's licenseAbility to pass a physical and drug testSchedule in house labor and sub-tiersProvide look ahead schedules with forecastingMeasure and order materials for jobsitesOversee Foreman(s) work, review and implement all project documents (plans, specs, RFI's, etc.), check accuracy and ensure quality standardsMust possess good oral and written communication skillsAble to work, schedule and communicate effectively with City inspectors and clientsBilingual Spanish is a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
