We cover Pharmacy Technician license fees (new hires & current staff eligible) As a Pharmacy Order Entry Technician you will: Enter and verify medication orders in a computerized system with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Conduct basic drug calculations, including dosage and conversion tasks. Investigate and resolve pharmacy claim denials; perform follow-up actions in POS systems. Stay current with Medicaid claim regulations and ensure compliance in processing. Track unpaid or delayed claims; generate reports for management. Provide excellent customer service in line with company values and policies. Assist with medication preparation and dispensing under Pharmacist supervision.
