Business Analyst, Workfront (US)

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Business Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise to support solution design and implementation. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into scalable Workfront solutions, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and best practices.WHAT YOU'LL DOAct as a functional and technical Workfront expert with strong platform knowledgeCo-own solution design from discovery phase, translating business requirements into workable solutionsLead development of Agency Workbook in collaboration with stakeholdersPartner with System Architect to create detailed Technical Workbook aligned with Workfront configurationsDefine end-to-end business workflows with clear dependencies and automation pointsDevelop and execute UAT scripts to validate configurations and integrationsIdentify risks early and escalate any structural or foundational concernsCreate enablement materials and conduct user training sessionsEnsure solutions align with platform standards, scalability, and governance guidelinesWHAT YOU'LL NEEDStrong experience with Adobe Workfront (functional + technical understanding)Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into solutionsKnowledge of workflow design, automation, and system integrationsExperience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSolid communication and documentation skillsABOUT USBorn in 2001, Code and Theory is a digital-first creative agency that sits at the center of creativity and technology.
