Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & DevelopmentDesign and implement end-to-end workflow and case-management solutions using Pega and/or SS&C ChorusSelect appropriate platforms and design patterns based on business requirements (rules-driven vs document-centric workflows)Design and implement workflow applications that can be presented to portals though API–driven architecturesLead technical design for new initiatives and enhancements, including case models, data models, integrations, and UIEnsure adherence to workflow best practices, guardrails, performance standards, and security guidelinesTechnical Leadership & GovernanceConduct detailed code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainabilityGuide and mentor onshore/offshore service provider teams on development standards and patternsEnforce development standards, reusable frameworks, and common components across applicationsDelivery & DeploymentOwn deployment management across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production)Support CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and environment coordinationPartner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth releases and platform stabilityIssue ResolutionLead root-cause analysis and resolution of application defects, performance issues, and production incidentsProvide hands-on support for critical issues and work proactively to reduce recurring defectsEnsure appropriate monitoring, logging, and operational readinessStakeholder CollaborationCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and QA teamsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs clearlyAct as a trusted technical partner to business and technology leadershipKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills; Pega Development & Architecture (LSA/CSSA, Constellation UI, DX API)SS&C Chorus / Enterprise Workflow & Case ManagementWorkflow Design, BPM & Document-Centric Process AutomationREST/SOAP Integrations, Data Modeling & Rule DesignCI/CD, Release Management & Production Support Governance8+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on the workflow platforms such as Pega and SS&C ChorusStrong experience with:Case management and workflow designData modeling, integrations (REST/SOAP), and rule designUI developmentRelevant platform certificationsProven experience conducting code reviews, enforcing standards, and ensuring solution qualityFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automationExperience working with system integrators or service providers and guiding distributed teamsStrong understanding of application lifecycle management, releases, and deploymentsPega Constellation UI / DX API–based application design and consumptionExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsExposure to document-centric workflows, imaging, and content management systemsExperience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industriesExperience with performance tuning, upgrade initiatives, or platform modernizationExperience operating in dual-platform or hybrid workflow environmentsKey AttributesGo-getter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityHighly collaborative and able to work across business and technology teamsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomesPragmatic problem solver who balances speed, quality, and scalability8+ years of hands-on development experience on Pega and/or SS&C Chorus workflow platformsOur client is a leading Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
