: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Legal Field) - Contract (possibility of hire) - Mostly remote but with a day here and there in the office - Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment function within a fast-paced legal environment. This position is responsible for coordinating candidate logistics, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with attorneys, leadership, and HR teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment CoordinationFull cycle recruitment from start to finishSchedule and coordinate interviews for attorneys, paralegals, and business support staff, including phone, virtual, and in-person interviewsServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processManage interview logistics, including conference room bookings, travel arrangements, and materials preparationMaintain recruitment calendars and ensure timely communication between candidates and interviewersCandidate ExperienceProvide a professional and welcoming experience for all candidates, reflecting the firm's brand and valuesEnsure prompt, clear communication regarding interview details, status updates, and next stepsAssist in candidate onboarding preparation, including documentation and orientation schedulingAdministrative & System SupportMaintain accurate candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Post job openings to internal and external platforms, including legal job boards and firm websitePrepare recruitment reports, metrics, and status updates for HR and leadershipAssist with drafting offer letters and background check coordinationStakeholder CollaborationPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support hiring needsCoordinate with practice group leaders and administrative departments to understand staffing prioritiesParticipate in recruitment events such as law school recruiting, job fairs, and networking eventsCompliance & Process ImprovementEnsure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance efficiencyMaintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and firm informationQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles (legal industry preferred)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with ATS platformsExperience in a law firm or professional services environmentFamiliarity with legal recruiting (lateral attorney, campus recruiting, or staff hiring)Experience coordinating high-volume or complex interview schedulesKey CompetenciesAttention to detail and accuracyProfessionalism and discretionCustomer service mindsetAbility to work in a deadline-driven environmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsWork EnvironmentFast-paced, professional office environmentInteraction with attorneys, firm leadership, and external candidatesMay require occasional flexibility during peak hiring cycles or recruiting eventsCompany Description A trusted commercial concrete contractor known for delivering high-quality projects through experienced leadership, strong project controls, and efficient execution.
