PROGRAM SERVICES COORDINATOR
Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Flexible Schedule Are you organized, hands-on, and passionate about making a difference? The Program Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by ensuring services, plans, and daily supports are carried out smoothly and effectively.What You’ll Do: Support the QIDP team with program coordination and follow-up tasks Help implement and maintain individualized support plans Coordinate activities like school, work, and community involvement Track documentation, inventories, and compliance requirements Assist with staff training materials and program resources Spend time both in the office and in the field (25%+) working directly with individuals and staff Schedule & Flexibility: Primarily Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible) Some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required Hybrid/remote opportunities available per policy What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED (required) Age 21+ Strong organization and communication skills Ability to work hands-on with individuals needing varying levels of care Willingness to manage challenging behaviors when necessary Reliable transportation & approved driver status Ability to meet physical demands of the role Team-oriented with strong follow-through Why Join Us?
