Role Description We are seeking a full-time Network Engineer for a hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Network Engineer will manage, design, and upgrade network infrastructures to ensure seamless connectivity and robust security. Day-to-day responsibilities include network administration, troubleshooting, performing diagnostics, implementing best practices for network security, and collaborating on network design projects to support business operations and client requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering tasks, including configuration and maintenance of hardware and softwareStrong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex network issues efficientlyIn-depth knowledge of Network Security protocols and best practicesExperience in Network Design, including the implementation of scalable and reliable network solutionsFamiliarity with enterprise-grade hardware, such as switches, routers, and firewallsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical concepts effectivelyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
