Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination Assist Development Team & President with day-to-day coordination of commercial development projects Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft & distribute meeting minutes Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion Documentation & Reporting Maintain organized project files, contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence Assist with invoicing, change orders, and consultant documentation Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports Support budget tracking, invoice processing, project schedules and cost documentation Consultant & Vendor Coordination Coordinate communication with architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and municipal agencies Assist with permitting and entitlement processes Track consultant deliverables and compliance with contract requirements Administrative & Operational Support Support due diligence team activities during acquisitions and pre-development Assist with project close-out documentation and turnover packages Ensure adherence to company standards, timelines, and processes Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Business, Construction or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years experience working in an Operations role in a Real Estate sector. Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Core Competencies Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong follow-through and accountability Professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
