Salary: $23-25/hrIs this your perfect fit?Are you a welcoming, detail oriented, and service driven Front Office Patient Concierge Coordinator who thrives as the first point of contact for patients?Hiring Immediately!If that describes you, we need to talk!What your day will look like: Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/checkout for up to 20 patients/day Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage daily provider calendars.Collect payments and process transactionsAnswer phones, return messages, and provide clear, friendly communication to all patients.Maintain & track office & clinical inventory; place orders as needed.Assist with basic social media engagement, supporting promotional efforts.
