Java Microservices Analyst
Overview
As a mid–senior IT professional, you design requirement specifications and translate them into Java/J2EE solutions within a consulting context. You will work with Spring/Spring Boot, deploy on Tomcat/IBM WebSphere, and operate in a Linux environment with build tools. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture needs, implement RESTful services, and support deployments across PAAS/IAAS. This role blends client-facing consulting with hands‑on delivery and involves regular travel to shape IT solutions for clients.
ResponsibilitiesCreate requirement specifications based on design/detailing and integration needsDevelop Java/J2EE applications using Spring/Spring BootHands-on work with Tomcat/IBM WebSphere and LinuxSupport build and deployment tools (Ant, Maven, Groovy)Utilize Jenkins, JMeter, SOAP UI, Git, Stash for CI/CD and testingImplement RESTful services and work with REST/JSON vocabulariesCapture requirements for internal/external consulting and map current business processesTravel as required in a management consulting environment
