The CEO will serve as the principal spokesperson and chief advocate, driving proactive legislative and regulatory strategies to protect and advance the credit union charter. Additionally, the role requires deepening engagement with member credit unions, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring the organization's long-term impact in the financial services landscape.Candidates for the CEO position should have a proven track record in senior executive leadership within a relevant industry, with experience in managing complex, stakeholder-driven organizations. Strong knowledge of financial services regulation, public policy, and legislative processes is essential, as is a background in advocacy and government relations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled relationship builder, and exceptional communicator, capable of inspiring trust and fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field.
