Job Description Houston, TX - 18-22 hr (South Houston)Job BriefWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our fence company's daily operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, handling shipping and receiving, and assisting with fence fabrication and installation when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and advance into other departments as they develop new skills.ResponsibilitiesManage and organize warehouse inventoryReceive, inspect, and stock incoming materialsPrepare and ship outgoing materials and ordersMaintain accurate inventory recordsSafely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbsOperate and use hand tools and basic power toolsAssist with building, assembling, and erecting fences when neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport other departments as needed as skills and experience growRequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basisComfortable using hand tools and basic equipmentBasic understanding of inventory management, or willingness to learnStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilitiesPrevious warehouse, construction, or fencing experience is a plus, but not requiredGrowth & AdvancementThis position is ideal for a candidate who wants to grow within the company.
