🚨 Now Hiring: Contracting Advisor (Contractor) | Vanguard | Malvern, PA 🚨📍 Location: Malvern, PA (600 Chesterfield Pkwy, Malvern, PA 19355) ⏳ Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High Possibility of Extension) 💰 Pay Rate: $50–$70/hour on W2🔹 Key Responsibilities✔ Review, draft, and negotiate procurement and supplier contracts from a commercial perspective ✔ Partner with the Office of General Counsel and internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle ✔ Clearly communicate contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposures in plain business language ✔ Identify legal and operational risks including information security, privacy, intellectual property, and financial exposure ✔ Ensure compliance with contracting processes, procedures, and quality standards ✔ Collaborate with InfoSec, Privacy, Insurance, Procurement, and Legal teams ✔ Support timely execution of contracts while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail ✔ Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed🔹 Required Qualifications ✅ J.D. / Law Degree required ✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required ✅ 3–5+ years of experience in commercial contracting and legal negotiations ✅ Strong understanding of contractual language and procurement agreements ✅ Proven ability to lead and manage contract negotiations independently ✅ Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
