Construction Project Manager

ServPro Team Jones is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for the overall coordination of all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, budgeting, and schedule management. This position will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, vendors, and other contractors involved in the construction process.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of a construction project from start to finishOversee subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetPrepare and manage budgets for each phase of the projectReview and approve all submittals, bids, and proposalsEnsure all permits are properly applied for each phase of the projectPrepare and manage construction schedules, including managing subcontractor timelines and timelines for material procurementCoordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure projects are on trackCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project managers as neededQualifications:Proven history of providing excellent customer serviceEffective written and oral communication skillsExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:Lee's Summit, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
