Join Visa and do work that matters - to you, to your community, and to the world.Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionThe Accommodations Consultant supports the Global People Solutions team, serving as the primary contact for employees navigating workplace accommodations operations globally and provides guidance and expertise to the Accommodations operations team. This role additionally balances day-to-day case management with project work, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience. The Consultant will partner closely with Legal, Employee Relations, People Business Partners, and business leaders, while helping to elevate team capability and operational excellence.QualificationsBasic Qualifications * 4 years of HR work experience with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) * Experience using enterprise-scale HRIS (Workday) and HR Case Management systems (ServiceNow) * Previous experience with Leave Administration and ADA Accommodation case management.Preferred Qualifications * 6+ years of accommodations and/or leave administration experience with a bachelor's degree * Strong knowledge of global disability laws (e.g., - ADA, FMLA) and related compliance requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience working closely with business leaders and employees. * Preferred experience with Workday and ServiceNow or other comparable software tools acceptable. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. * Experience supporting process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.Additional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
