Asphalt & Concrete Laborer

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to asphalt and concrete installation and maintenance. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in all weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and maintenance of asphalt and concrete surfacesPour, spread, and finish asphalt and concrete materialsOperate basic tools and machineryLoad and unload materials and equipmentPerform general labor tasks on job sites as neededFollow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environmentMaintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:Prior experience in asphalt or concrete labor is preferred, but not requiredAbility to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditionsBasic knowledge of tools and equipment used in asphalt and concrete workStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to work well in a team environment
