Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Andersen Window and Door Technician located in Ocean City, NJ. Responsibilities include the installation, repair, and adjustment of Andersen windows and doors to ensure proper fit and functionality. The role requires troubleshooting and resolving any operational or cosmetic issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a high level of quality and workmanship. You will interact with clients, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to safety protocols and company standards on every project. Qualifications Experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of windows and doors, preferably with knowledge of Andersen productsTechnical skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and using hand and power tools effectivelyAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanshipStrong customer service and communication skills for collaborating with clients and team membersPhysical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsFamiliarity with safety protocols and standards in construction or remodeling projectsRelevant certifications or training in window and door installation is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
