The company integrates design, permitting, horizontal and vertical construction, and real estate strategy to deliver high-quality, value-driven developments from concept through completion.Position OverviewThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily site operations, and ensuring alignment with project plans and company expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site ManagementOversee day-to-day field operations for residential construction projectsCoordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and site personnelMaintain project schedules and ensure milestones are metMonitor quality control and ensure work complies with plans, specs, and codesScheduling & CoordinationDevelop and manage short-term and long-term construction schedulesConduct daily site meetings and weekly progress updatesCollaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issuesSafety & ComplianceEnforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job sitesConduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talksEnsure compliance with permits, inspections, and regulatory requirementsQuality AssurancePerform routine inspections to ensure craftsmanship meets company standardsIdentify and resolve deficiencies promptlyManage punch lists and project closeout processesBudget & Cost ControlAssist in monitoring project budgets and controlling field costsTrack labor, materials, and equipment usageIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualityCommunication & ReportingMaintain daily logs, reports, and photo documentationProvide progress updates to internal stakeholders and leadershipServe as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and partnersQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codesProven experience managing multiple subcontractors and tradesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsExperience with project management or scheduling software preferredOSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)Key SkillsLeadership and team managementProblem-solving and decision-makingTime management and organizationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and quality focusPreferred ExperienceExperience in ground-up construction and/or mixed-use developmentsFamiliarity with both horizontal (sitework/infrastructure) and vertical constructionBackground working with a general contractor or developerWhy Join Pinnacle Development?Work on high-impact, end-to-end development projectsCollaborative, growth-oriented team environmentOpportunity to contribute to innovative and community-focused developmentsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageApply TodayJoin a company that is redefining modern construction and development through innovation, quality, and strategic execution.
