We are seeking a motivated and reliable Driller's Helper to join our growing team.Job Summary:As Driller's Helper, you will support drill crews in the field, assisting with site preparation, equipment handling, and sampling activities for environmental and geotechnical investigations.Responsibilities:Assist drill operators with setting up and breaking down drilling equipment.Load and unload tooling, equipment, and supplies.Handle soil and groundwater samples in accordance with proper procedures.Maintain clean and organized job sites and equipment.Follow all safety protocols and site-specific regulations.Perform physical labor in varying outdoor weather conditions.Requirements:Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.Ability to lift 50+ lbs, perform manual labor, and work long hours.Willingness to travel and work outdoors in various weather conditions.Prior construction, drilling, or environmental field experience is a plus but not required.Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.Benefits:Competitive pay: $28.00/hourOvertime opportunitiesTraining and career developmentOpportunities for advancement within the companyFull medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (all free for the individual), paid vacation, sick time and holidays, 401(k) with 100% of 4% company match, per diem
