The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the café. This includes managing staff, creating schedules, supervising food and beverage services, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Additional duties involve staff training, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving sales growth through innovative strategies.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively and address customer needs professionallyExpertise in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including managing quality standards and ensuring an excellent dining experienceSales skills, focusing on meeting revenue targets and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfactionProven leadership and organizational skills, with experience in staff training and effective delegationKnowledge and application of health and safety standards in food servicePrevious experience in café or restaurant management is highly desirableA passion for the food and hospitality industry and an enthusiastic attitude for delivering exceptional service
