The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities, with a primary focus on private credit secondaries, co-investments, fund-of-funds strategies, and direct investments. This role is pivotal in leading transaction workstreams, conducting rigorous fundamental analysis, and overseeing the due diligence process. The Vice President will also be involved in presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership and will have a direct impact on the firm's capital deployment and portfolio construction.Applicants must have 6-10 years' of experience in direct private credit, secondaries, co-investments, fund of funds, or investment banking, with a minimum of 1 year as a VP at a private credit firm. The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include investment analysis and underwriting, deal execution, portfolio management, investment committee support, and operational support.
