NetSource Support Specialist
Primary contact and liaison between distributor members, vendors and internal departments for assigned workload. Primary point of contact responsible for order entry, resolving issues, monitoring and managing orders. Work with external and internal teams to streamline order management with the goal of increased sales and profitability for our members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Work as part of a team to satisfy member orders, as well as serve as a backup when needed
Manage specific Vendor programs
Develop and maintain relationship with NETWORK Members and suppliers
Process orders placed by members (Including: Entering, Placing, Acknowledging orders)
Generate Purchase Orders for SD 3rd party orders and provide to vendor
Manage deliveries for orders relating to our warehouse
Communicate with the warehouse regarding shipment discrepancies
Upsell members to increase order size, quantities and sales
Verify accuracy of order/confirmations (Items, Quantities, Pricing, Delivery Dates)
Schedule outbound shipments with appropriate freight carrier and expedite as necessary
Prepare invoices for payment to vendor and billing to customer
Resolve customer complaints
Resolve shipment and pricing discrepancies of customer orders
Audit and process all freight invoices for payment
File any appropriate freight claims with the carrier involved
Monitor/Analyze overseas reports (communicate findings with Member or Supplier)
Process and route all NetSource emails from shared mailboxes
Generate sales leads from members by way of relationships that are built and partner with the NetSource Global Sourcing Specialist and Business Development Manager to secure sale

Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Work History Requirements:
At least two years customer service experience in a logistics or supply chain environment
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent to 2 years of relevant work experience
Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
1 year of experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems and with EDI transactions
