Job Summary: Must be able to operate the polyurethane robotic mat making system to meet the daily production needs. Promote a safe work environment and rectify any safety concerns. Facilitate duties designated by supervisor. Provide support in all daily operations. Oversee quality audits and rectify any instances of opportunity. Follow company policies and procedures. Provide coaching/training to team members. Identify status of work in progress orders.
