Retail Stocker-Late Shift

OverviewOur Layton location is looking for dependable and hardworking Retail Stock Associates to support our fast-paced discount retail environment. This position involves stocking and organizing a wide variety of merchandise including clothing, home goods, tools, electronics, groceries, sporting goods, furniture, and other overstock or liquidation products.This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team-oriented retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStock, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the sales floor and backroomAssist with unloading shipments and moving inventory safely and efficientlyMaintain clean, organized, and shopper-friendly displays and aislesRotate and organize incoming merchandise as new inventory arrivesIdentify damaged or misplaced products and communicate issues to managementAssist customers with locating merchandise and provide friendly customer serviceFollow all store safety procedures and operational guidelinesSupport other departments as needed in a fast-changing retail environmentQualificationsPrevious retail, stocking, warehouse, or merchandising experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periodsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing inventoryDependable, punctual, and team-orientedFlexible and willing to assist in multiple areas of the store
