The Account Manager will build and nurture client relationships, oversee client accounts to meet their operational goals, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing strategies to address them, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role will require proactive communication, periodic reporting, and collaboration with various departments to achieve client satisfaction and drive growth.QualificationsClient Relations and Account Management skills, with the ability to build strong, professional relationshipsSales and Business Development abilities to identify opportunities and generate new businessStrong Communication and Presentation skills, with a focus on professional and clear exchangesOrganizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple accounts effectivelyProblem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities, with attention to client-specific needsExperience in HR, staffing services, or consulting (preferred but not required)Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office softwareBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
