Training Support Specialist

Client: Pharmaceutical LabsPosition Title: Training Support SpecialistDuration: 6 months (Potential Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)Location: Scarborough, ME 04074 - OnsitePay Range: ($25-$30) hourlyOverview:Responsible for managing and supporting training compliance within the Quality System.This role ensures effective administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), maintains training records, and supports audit readiness in a regulated environment. Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training recordsEnsure compliance with Quality System training requirements and cGMP standardsProvide subject matter expertise on learning processes and LMS usageDevelop, review, and update training materials and documentationCoordinate training programs, resources, and train-the-trainer initiativesMonitor, report, and promote training activities across teamsPartner with managers and stakeholders to improve training processesSupport audit readiness and regulatory inspectionsMaintain training procedures and ensure adherence to compliance standards Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, HR, Business, Instructional Design, or related field2-5 years of experience in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of regulatory standards (QSR, ISO 13485, IVDR/IVDD, CMDR)Understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery methodsStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyExperience supporting audits and regulatory compliance processesBenefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable).
