Custodial ManagerIAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions.Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland. Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motorpool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services.As the Custodial Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all custodial operations within a secure Intelligence Community facility. This role ensures facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and mission-ready condition while complying with stringent security, safety, and confidentiality requirements. The Custodial Manager provides leadership to custodial supervisors and staff, manages resources, and serves as the primary liaison for custodial services in a controlled-access environment.Essential Job Functions:Manage all custodial operations across assigned secure facilities, including scheduling, staffing, and performance oversightDevelop, implement, and enforce custodial policies, procedures, and quality standards in compliance with IC security protocolsSupervise custodial leads and staff; conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions as neededCoordinate custodial support for special events, high-visibility areas, and emergency or continuity-of-operations activitiesConduct inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and regulatory complianceManage custodial supply procurement, inventory control, and equipment maintenanceEnsure proper handling of waste, recycling, and secure destruction (e.g., shredding) in accordance with information protection requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and facility management regarding custodial servicesIdentify and mitigate safety hazards; ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental health standardsReport and escalate security concerns, incidents, or suspicious activity immediatelySupport budget planning, cost control, and resource optimization initiativesMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to custodial operationsEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceMinimum of [6] years of custodial or facilities management experienceDemonstrated experience managing teams in a regulated or secure environmentKnowledge of custodial best practices, equipment, chemicals, and safety standardsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsSecurity Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI PolyIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLCwww.intrepidgs.comIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
