This position provides leadership responsibility, visibility across projects, and the opportunity to improve and streamline accounting processes.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations related to invoice processing, accounts payable, and loan draw activitySupervise, mentor, and prioritize work for accounting and accounts payable staffReview and approve invoices, payments, and loan draw packagesServe as the primary internal contact for loan draws, deadlines, and related issuesSupport set-up of new projects and maintain invoice workflow systemsAssist with construction budgets, cost-to-complete analysis, and cost reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of accounting experience; construction or homebuilding experience preferredPrior experience managing or leading a teamProficiency with accounting systems, AP workflow tools, and ExcelStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, long and short term disability, 401k, PTO, among other offerings#INAPR2026#LI-AE6
