AI Data Enablement Lead (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut)An exciting opportunity to join a leading Global Insurer driving enterprise AI and data transformation initiatives.We are seeking an experienced AI Data Enablement Lead to lead the delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining data engineering expertise with stakeholder management and delivery oversight across global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data solutions using Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Azure Data FactoryDesign, build, and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics solutionsPartner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plansCoordinate onsite and offshore engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliveryDrive best practices across data architecture, governance, security, and performanceSupport data quality, operational stability, and continuous platform improvementMentor engineers and promote strong delivery and engineering standardsSkills & Experience7+ years’ experience delivering enterprise data solutionsStrong hands-on expertise with Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, and Azure Data FactoryExperience leading technical delivery for large-scale data engineering initiativesStrong understanding of cloud-based data platforms, ETL frameworks, and analytics environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsInsurance industry experience is advantageousWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale AI and data initiativesCollaborative and innovative working environmentHybrid working model
