You'll manage multiple engagements ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction while working with both onshore and offshore teams. In this role, you are the face of the team and must excel at communication, project management, quickly grasping client business and technical challenges, and at driving projects to completion within time, quality, and budget constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesManage delivery of several concurrent small to mid-sized projectsServe as primary client contact for project status and escalationsProvide solution architecture and technical guidance on implementationsCoordinate with offshore development teams to ensure quality and timeline adherenceConduct code reviews and technical oversight as neededSupport business development through technical scoping and proposal contributionsQualificationsStrong expertise in Program Management, Project Management, and Product ManagementStrong technical background (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, Python, Data Engineering, or similar)3+ years managing multiple concurrent software development projectsExperience architecting solutions and making technical decisionsProven track record working with distributed/offshore teamsExcellent client communication and relationship management skillsAbility to switch between strategic oversight and hands-on technical workPreferred QualificationsPrevious consulting / professional services experienceExperience with both short-term projects and long-term client engagementsBusiness development or pre-sales experience
