Job Title: VP, Legal Counsel - Data CentersLocation: RemoteSalary: $250K–$300K+, plus bonusAbout the Company / The Opportunity:Join a dynamic and fast-growing leader in the infrastructure sector. This opportunity places you at the strategic heart of a high-growth organization, providing critical legal guidance on major projects in advanced digital infrastructure. As VP, Legal Counsel, you will help shape the contracting framework for large-scale initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead the drafting and negotiation of data center leases and service agreements with enterprise customers.Advise on deal structuring for complex transactions.Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial management and project teams.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements supporting large-scale projects.Develop scalable legal infrastructure.Manage outside counsel.Support broader legal operations, including compliance and risk management.Must-Have Skills:J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.Experience in structuring and negotiating large-scale data center leases.8+ years of relevant legal experience.Willingness to travel 10–20% within the U.S.Nice-to-Have Skills:Law firm and in-house experience.Experience with commercial real estate financings.Knowledge of compliance and risk management in data center environments.Strong communication skills and good business judgment.
